My choices (and reasons behind them) are:

-Naryu, because of her flirting interjections between srs!bsns stuff that makes everything more fun, plus she looks like she'd make everything more thrilling just by simply being there

-Darien, because even though he's shameless, deep down he has a potato heart. Oh, and he's also valiant, funny, yadda yadda...

-Jakarn (who essentially has the same face as Darien ), because for all of his devil-may-care attitude, he's really brave and trustworthy (and also has pretty blue eyes)

-Queen Ayrenn, because she visibly tries very hard to escape that 'Altmer - master race' mentality that most high elves have, not because she has to in order to bring the Dominion together, but because she really believes it. And her looks may be imposing, but her manner is soft, making the whole thing extremely striking

-King Emeric, because he was a wry sense of humour, and a cool scar on his face

-Almalexia, because, well, have you seen her? There is something off-putting about her, but gosh the way that cloth drapes over her legs

-Razum-Dar, because he has a devilish sense of humour, combined with an air that he can get anything done and then some, plus that voice and accent

That's interesting, but i usually take the farmer (have done both), not because I like one or the other more but because she is a soldier and should be able to take care of herself or take responsibility for her station, the other guy is just a farmer, giving you some moral obligation to protect him. Having said that, the world would be a prettier place if everyone made ethical decisions based on beauty! Something to think about if you are ever in a position of responsibility, choose the hot one!

The Golden vendor , she is the hottest NPC in the game . At least now as she finally is selling a majica monster helm . I did not like her supporting Proctatos in the past . Now her glowing aura is beautiful to me once again .

I always choose the docks because while the farmer is, well, a farmer, he at least has walls. Rana's fighting out in the open. Soldier or not, I felt like she needed my help more.

She is a vamp. Vamps are ugly and disgusting looking. Therefore, by default, she is not the hottest. I think I would rather take of one those Dremora than a vamp.
