They _could_ pull it off without breaking lore, I Guess, if they made an expansion With Akavir, although then the Whole play would probably have to happen there...
Weirder than having two games tell us Orcs are wild and savage beasts, then seeing them playable in the third?It would feel really weird to play a race that wasn't a playable race in the single player titles. Dragon-break weird.
