I'm so glad that another "fix" is coming for Dark Cloak that doesn't at all pertain to the reported (and acknowledged) issue that this skill is breaking constantly when it should not be.
It's great to see another adjustment to Haste before Haste is even properly working on the Bow.
I'm impressed by how ZOS has been listening to the most common feedback and bug reports related to this class.
Dark Cloak breaks for 2 reasons
1. You've been hit by an AOE, that'll break you out of it
2. You've put a dot on someone, and the dot has ticked..That'll break you out of it
That is the only 2 reasons it breaks, Neither are bugs.
Who would play a nb anyway. Terrible role in cryodiil, e.g. Must pop out of stealth and gank another while on horse to win strategy (with your crappy bows) as any deviation from this extremely dull, lonely skillless play style usually means a defeat for your class. Lol

Riiiiiight! Because everyone plays this game for the AvAvAvLag. I know a lot of people playing their NB's for PvE only.
FYI, people on horses are targets too. Everyone in that zone is a target 100% of the time.
Side note: It seems, to me, as if some "lonely skillless" NB ripped you a new one, and now you have a little anger issue with PvP happening in a PvP zone.

Well we are not enjoying. I really don't see why is so difficult to repair issues we have from launch and at least it will be really nice of them to say - sorry guys we didn't made it for this patch we will do it by dd.mm.yy .
Don't repair tells , tooltips and such irrelevant stuff - repair real things which doesn't work for last 3 months ( haste on bows for example, stamina driven dps ... )
To conclude - ZOS didn't touched class imbalance, stam / magica builds imbalance nor new group content on this patch - so what makes that patch - big patch ?. Colours and tabards ?
Really don't know do they think that 2 month intervals are sufficient iteration steps in fixing those issues. With that pace everything will be fixed in 6 month and that is time people are not willing to wait. Perhaps that will be reward for last man standing but again - against whom he will be balanced.

General: Currently, a Nightblade’s own residual outgoing damage-over-time ticks break his or her invisibility. This is not intended, and will be fixed in a future patch.

Nah . they have leveled us pretty hard the problem is nightblades have a hard ass time understanding that it the stamina dual wield builds across the board are Fugged for all classes. Was in a trial yesterday watching a NB in dress and stick post his DPS in chat it was destroying everyone in the trial by 400 plus every pull and it was 9 Dk's in Dress and stick 2 temp heals and one DK in SNS for tanking.I don't understand why it's cool for them to leave DKs as supermen, but neglect NBs. The devs love them some dragonknight.
