    Capes are needed.

Traditionally there are no capes in TES games (outside from a couple of chest pieces that included a cape). So there won't be here either

This is a weird argument to me, as there are certainly capes that exist in the TES universe, the previous games just didn't provide a cape slot. That just makes it a game mechanics issue, not a lore issue. That's like asking them to remove belts from the game because in previous games they were attached to the armor. I personally don't want to wear a cape, but would love to see them added.

Thank god others do, starting from the devs
insignificant amount. there is a reason why cape mods were highly popular in for an example Skyrim. maybe I lack imagination, but I cannot visualise a TES fan who would say 'no' to the inclusion of capes. developers might change their mind.

Its something the mod community brought in, not Bethesda. The fan community also brought in aliens, ya there was a mod once ... yet no Aliens have been sighted yet in ESO ;)

Not saying that tabards and capes are wrong, but I think that adding cosmetics should come after adding content.

Right now we need social content and non raid content most to keep the game alive. Not everyone wants to have 8 alts, some might want just a main and for them there just isn't enough to do especially if they don't do trials and dungeons,

Who would care about aliens from other planets when you can already meet daedric gods from other planes/realities?

I mean, I use the wayshrines to travel through spacetime thanks to a daedric goddess I met in an alternate plane, as a gift for saving the world.

    Aliens go home!

    Edited: My vote for capes.

I would be nice if they did the 2 handed and 1 handed weapons like Skyrim and such. My greatsword shouldn't be the same damage as a 2 handed mace and etc. I am excited to see the Justice System and the campaign changes but it will be interesting to see if the Justice System screws with the motifs or if they adjust that somehow.

I agree 100% I know 2 hander skill lines makes the two handers different, but still think they should be more varied aside from this passive.
