I don't mean to sound impatient and I know there are those (including me) who think that bug fixes and performance improvements should have top priority. Yet I would still appreciate some more info, even if only rumors, about the next content update or two. Dyes and guild tabards aren't content imo, they are visual gimmicks. There's got to be more, especially since Crypt of Hearts was a rather unspectacular content addition imo because it lacked any meaningful drops or gear improvements, only ninja nerfs to some sets while others are still broken. I just resubbed for the next 2 months and would like to know more about what's in store
I know that the Justice System is confirmed to be added in 1.4, not sure about anything else.
I read somewhere, I think from a ZOS Reddit AMA, that the Justice System was gonna come in 1.4 or around 1.4. I may be mistaken, but who knows? They've said also that they have the Justice System on their internal dev-only test server, so we know it's there.
it is time to change it then. add as cosmetic item at least.Traditionally there are no capes in TES games (outside from a couple of chest pieces that included a cape). So there won't be here either
indeed, most certainly sure. capes and much longer hair. I do not mind them being poorly animated or looking quasi glued.Sure, sure...
insignificant amount. there is a reason why cape mods were highly popular in for an example Skyrim. maybe I lack imagination, but I cannot visualise a TES fan who would say 'no' to the inclusion of capes. developers might change their mind.[
Thank god others do, starting from the devs

oh no, but it is not community creation (dea of capes in TES)! even when you look back at the concept art for Morrowind then you will see that Ordinators' Indoril armour has a cape. unfortunately it did not get into the game: technical limitations definately. Its something the mod community brought in, not Bethesda. The fan community also brought in aliens, ya there was a mod once ... yet no Aliens have been sighted yet in ESO
Not saying that tabards and capes are wrong, but I think that adding cosmetics should come after adding content.
Right now we need social content and non raid content most to keep the game alive. Not everyone wants to have 8 alts, some might want just a main and for them there just isn't enough to do especially if they don't do trials and dungeons,

statement dismissed. I do not believe your words, teasing is unappreciated.i hated capes, in morrowind, oblivion and skyrim.

Hi there, I'm a TES fan, and I'm not particularly fond of capes or cloaks.
Does this help you visualise me.
I won't stop others from having them, but the aesthetic just doesn't appeal to me, not sure why. I wouldn't wear them, they fail to appeal to me. Now if they introduced a long coat, blasphemy I know, I would have at least two of my charcters in them. Van Helsing style (or Blade if you prefer).

it saddens me to hear that you wish to resign from your TES Fan position. such unfortunate events show us how dear are those who loyally stand among us. if you change your mind, please contact us to have your status restored. until then, live among the mortals!

no proper gentleman shuns a cape! the poses you can make for your portrait. long, loose material embracing arms, delicately sidling into your firm palm. oh! ah! ouoah!
