Anna the Dragon Knight serves no-one but the old gods of Skyrim. Probably Kynareth actually. She's an outdoorsy kind of gal.

Jyggalag is the Prince of Order and could be considered one of if not the most powerful Daedric Prince. Because of this the others feared him and as a result they cursed him and made him into the very thing he hated most, madness; and so as a result, Sheogorath was born. However, Jyggalag wasn't truly gone as he was allowed to retake his true form at the end of every era, but this was more of a method of torture as this cycle was constantly repeated to cause him more suffering. He wasn't the only prince suffering though as his return also affected Sheogorath since he had to clear up the mess to his realm cause by the Greymarch. However at the end of the Third Era, after Jyggalag was defeated during his invasion of the Shivering Isles (Sheogoraths realm), he was relieved of his curse and the two princes became two permanently separate entities. So yes, they are two separate princes as far as their sphere of influence is concerned, but until the Fourth Era, they were the same physical being.1 -
