Daedra could be a playable race without breaking lore to severely.

Sure. If Daedra weren't bound to their specific prince and plane of Oblivion unless summoned into Nirn, and if when summoned they weren't bound by extremely tight parameters, then yes. They wouldn't break lore.
However, since none of those things are true, they would break lore. I don't care if it's "severe" or not. It goes against the established lore, which has now been in place for two decades.
The game already breaks lore with the multi race allowance for each faction. So this is an acceptable break in lore?
I mean my main character is Imperial and I am aligned with the Aldmeri Dominion. Completely against the lore.
The only possible race I could think of that can be written into the story is that you came to Tamriel from one of the other continents, and no one bothered to write about your race in history. That could possibly keep lore.

Your character is an Imperial who rejected the daedra-worship going on in Cyrodiil, and the Elder Scroll series has always allowed characters of any race to be part of any faction. You can find NPCs of all races in all factions as well.

I am trying to remember where and if I have seen this in game. Where is located an NPC for AD that is not Altmer, Bosmer or Khajiit?

No it doesn't. Every TES game has had members of every race living in every province. Sure, the bulk of the population in the Aldmeri Dominion will be made up of altmer, bosmer, and khajiit (with each being predominantly found in their own homelands), but you'll also find citizens who are nords, bretons, dunmer, imperials, redguards, orcs, and argonians. The same goes for the other factions. It would be far more lore-breaking to have only altmer, bosmer, and khajiit in the AD.The game already breaks lore with the multi race allowance for each faction.

There is an Argonian settlement in Grahtwood between Haven & Southpoint
You are right! I had completely forgotten about that. Thank you for refreshing my memory!
