Why the hell they created the PvP system if they can't control performance?
Are any of you people that are having FPS issues running outdated addons? Remember, every major patch changes the addon system, and by just checking "load outdated addons", you are setting yourself up for problems like this. The ESOHead addon in particular has been nasty about this after major updates.
If your addons don't have updates for API version 10007, you CAN load outdated addons, but make sure you test the addons one at a time to make sure they don't cause issues. Outdated addons can frequently cause Lua errors, which can cause severe FPS issues. This happens in ANY MMO that uses a Lua addon system (the exact same thing happens in WOW - after a major patch a bunch of people post with FPS issues and it turns out they were using outdated addons).
I don't know then. All I do know is that my settings are all on max and I have not had any FPS issues whatsoever since the patch. 60 the vast majority of the time.
Please accept our apologies regarding this memory leak issue! We assure you we're investigating a permanent fix for it. In the meantime, may I suggest you try a hotfix?
To minimize the effects of the memory leak, please try the following:
Adjust graphics settings:
• Change the display mode to Windowed (Fullscreen)
• Turn on Vertical Sync
• Reduce quality settings for SubSampling, Shadow Quality, and Water Reflection Quality
In addition to this, we advise you either to launch the game directly via eso.exe from the installation directory (typically C:\Program Files (x86)\Zenimax Online\The Elder Scrolls Online\game\client), or alternatively, once the game has launched, to alt-tab out to the launcher and close it.
Finally, you should not spend too long at the character selection screen as this seems to increase the effects of the leak.

Once again I deeply apologise for this, I hope the suggestion above works for you while we're working on a solution.

This is just unstoppable anymore! It just drives people out of the game losing their money and nerves!!!
Fix the game code or you are going to end up with no people on servers, trust me, respectvely said to you, people are quitting since Craglorn patch, this one finished them totally....And what is with those people who had fatal error 11 had to redownload 25 GB the whole game again and reinstall with the 5 or 8 GB update this is crazy, people dont have so much internet every month to spend!! This is ridiculous!
You pay the game to enjoy and support the series, you pay monthly sub, and you get this, you pay the internet to enjoy, you get this, now it seems I have to buy 1500 euro PC just to run the game or PS4 or Xbox ?! Are you crazy not everyone is millionare, if you want more people just make it damn playable and affordable to anyone, or this is going straight into suicide....
EDIT: I don't know what is your player base PC settigns or specs, but this game should not be only for uber opopopop computers, think on us mid level and low pc range, you can't sustain the money system just on the people who own super special computers who can run the game with no singel frame drop.
How many players would you loose just on that.
