Thief Mundus New Crit Display Bug

I recently updated one piece of my gear and decided to make the new piece have the Divines trait instead of Infused like the old piece.

When I put the new piece of gear on, I noticed my crit % on the character sheet did not change for either weapon or spell.

I then took off all my armor and noticed that the % bonus from Thief was still displayed as if I had all my original Divines gear on.

So I decided to try renewing the Thief Mundus. I went and took a new stone, then went and re-applied Thief. Suddenly, my crit bonus registers with the new Divines piece counted.

Upon removing all my armor again, the Thief bonus still displays as if it is still modified by the Divines gear even though I'm not wearing it.

This makes me wonder if it is just a display bug or is the bonus not dynamic. Once applied, does it not change after that regardless of whether the armor is changed or not. Will have to test this at some point though not sure how to go about it, because that is broken. Someone could make all 7 pieces of Divines, apply the stone, and then switch for other traits on their real gear and get Both bonuses if that were the case.

    For some reason this stone has been buggy since beta and has been "fixed" like twice. Atleast it displays it now.

    But if you change your armor from divines to something else, shouldn't that display update without you having to go refresh your stone?

    And IF it isn't just a display bug, doesn't that make it a bit of an exploit? I mean, wearing full divines legendary including shield the bonus goes from 5% to 8%. That's 3% extra crit from divines. If this isn't just a display bug, that is 3% free crit that stays even if you change your armor to something else without divines.

    What is the base increase on weapon crit chance for the Thief? Over the past several days, I've place a full set of crafted armor with Divines on my person and reflected 0% increase. Really confused, as I'm only showing a Weap Crit increase that is the result of a passive I have on my character, but other than that... zip, zilch, nada. And the Boon has been deselected/selected, armor stowed and re-equipped, etc.

    Just got done chatting with customer service. They stated there were no bug reports for the Divine issue, but that it "appears to relate back to the Mundus Stone issue (I'm) having." As per the Thief Mundus Boon; according to the CS rep, the effect is occurring but not visible in stat/UI. This issue could sometimes be corrected by zoning or logout/login. Haven't had an opportunity to test that as I'm now away from the gaming system.

    Using several different add-ons, I don't appear to be gaining any net increase from the Divines.

    Ah. So, for example, if the Thief was to be enhanced by the Divine Trait on gear, I should be seeing the x% on top of 5%, or x% OF 5%?

    Edit: Also noticed that my Weap. Crit and Spell Crit. is not visible in the normal Character menu.

    It's 5% times Divines % added back to 5%.

    For example, Legendary gear with Divines give 7.5% per piece. 7 armor slots + shield = 8 x 7.5% = 60% Divines

    (5% x 60%) + 5% = 8%

    Try turning off all of your addons, they have been know to cause those crit % not to display at all.

    Would PM to ask, but I don't have adequate permission: do you mind sharing the hyperlink where that calculation info is? If it's available, I'd also like to consider other effect calculations/the way they're determined. I have difficulty deciphering the tooltips at times.

    I arrived at those numbers through testing in game. Currently I have 41% divines bonus for (5% x 41%) + 5% crit chance bonus from Thief. That works out to 7.05% which gets rounded to 7% and matches what the game displays for me.

    Besides, if it were additive it would be:
    5% + 41% = 46% simply from wearing divines... before you'd even count set bonuses or anything else, which are 10% from 5/5 light, 5% x 2 from set bonuses, 6% from staff, 3% from a passive/skill, and 8% from pvp for a total of 37%.Throw in Inner Light for another 20% and it would be unreal and absolutely over powered.

    If it were additive, that would be a total of over 100% crit O.o

    Hence, it has to be multiplicative or everyone would wear 7/7 Divines.
