How do I change username on forums

is it possible I could change my forum account name to my main's character name: Morozov

It would help if people actually knew it was me. Please and Thank you!....and add 500k gold to my account if you are not busy....if its allowed....if you feel generous....or its your last day at work at ZOS and really dont care about getting fired....or just get an intern to do it....I wont tell....or look.....no one will ever know

Please change my forum name to "Pedric" which is my main character's name and the name by which I am known in my guild. Add numbers as a suffix if needed.
