    So the next content update is mostly bug fixes ?!? I want balance!
    I will resub when melee builds and vet content is fixed and when your character actually feels more powerfull and not weaker at higher level.

    Pick up Armor and Weapons

    Weapons and armor found in the world can now be picked up and equipped.
    These items are low quality, but can be used if needed.
    These items sell for 0 gold.
    These items are upgradeable through crafting.
    These items can be deconstructed, but yield very low inspiration and rarely yield usable resources.
    OMG this is sooooooooo needed. I mean I cant find enough stuff to put in my inventory, we desperately need more things to fill our empty bags and worthless bank slots with.

    Can we please get an option to pick up small rocks and sticks too (worth 0 gold of course)?!?!

    Oh and leaves. No adventurer is complete without a collection of incredibly valuable leaves (worth 0 gold).

    Gotta agree man, this right here may have just did me in, but its because it just showed me how clueless the devs are. This has to be the most ridiculous thing I have seen yet in the game that they are actually taking time to implement into the game. They have to be trolling us.

    They're not trolling. If you've been paying attention, you'd know the the justice system and stealing is coming in 1.3 or 1.4, so this is a setup for that. They had to make the tech work for this first and test it on a wide scale before putting stealing and the justice system on top of it.

    Yeah.. that'll save the game! I'm glad they're putting time into stuff like this so that I can steal a sword that my NB can swing uselessly like a wet rag before being carted off to prison because my cloak didn't work when trying to escape.

    I bet there won't be any staffs lying around in ESO. They're actually dangerous.

    Dont be so sure that justice system will be in before 1.4. They said probably. At the current state with all the bugs and imbalance and broken things I don't think thay will manage to fit it in before 1.4

    LOL, I thought the same thing. What is the purpose of this.

    Might be good for fresh characters.

    Bolt Escape got hammered.

    Taking into account how big Sorc magicka pool is and how easily can be replenished, I'd say it will have a minor effect on Bolt Escape usage.

    Additionally, Sorcs got a lot of boosts, e.g. Crystal Blast AoE effect, Dark Deal while moving, pet target attack, Storm Atronach damage increase... etc.

    what about some of us who have completed every quest in every zone just to find out our quest achievements were wiped out....i know its not terribly high on the totem poll but an update on the issue would be nice.....

    I know right? I'm so glad they are spending time adding this, instead of fixing VR provisioning loot tables, or the disparity between Vet mobs and Craiglorn mobs, or how the most viable spec for almost any class in any situation includes robes and staff/staff.

    Well, they are fixing some broken passives (or just updating the tooltips to make the broken part a "feature") so there is that.

    And this was the patch that was supposed/promised to fix NBs ROFL!
    Nerfs and fluff for NBs, no real fixes at all.
    Zenimax sure is succeeding in make ESO into Elder Staves Online, and make people /cancel...

    Went trough the notes - well, no, i will not renew my sub. Melee weapon and heavy armor builds + templars are still unusable. And i am not going to be pushed into healing role again as good old WoW did with paladin in vanilla times.

    And I think diversety, using both sta and mag abilities should create more synergy.

    "Automatic crowd-control immunity and crowd-control break immunity will now protect you from the same types of crowd-control."

    Oh and templar gets cc-immunity too on casting heal-ultimate.

    What a pity that cc-immunity (immovable/unstoppable) is only working up to 50% of the time after craglorn patch.
    Interrupts also work pretty well now too while under cc-immunity. :expressionless:

    Guess it is working as intended since it is not mentioned in patch notes.
    But on the other hand they are barely mentioning major nerfs/buffs in patchnotes lately. ;D

    You guys act like the dev responsible for balance changes is the same one who made the 0 gold item changes. There are a team of devs, and they all have their own roles. It's not an either/or decision and everyone on their dev team isn't interchangeable. Stop being so clueless.

    Are future "content" patches simply going to feature new content as Veteran Versions of existing Dungeons? I like this game, but I dont consider redoing an existing dungeon to have more health and damage "New content".

    Just call it what it is. The next major update/fix patch. To say this is the next "content" update is really not going to get people excited.

    Leeching Strikes (Siphoning Strikes morph): The tooltip for this ability now shows the correct percentage of health recovery.

    Translation: *** all you Nightblade players. Instead of fixing the ability to the 4% it should be at we are just going to adjust the tooltip to the broken amount it is actually returning. lulz ability fixed.

    And once again I am not seeing a fix for Agility and Haste to working with bows. Guess it's time to quit, reroll or start using a *** staff since apparently that's what I am SUPPOSE to be using in this game.
