FPS Drop after Patch 1.1.3

As the topic says, I receive a significant FPS drop (from 45-55 to 10-15 FPS).
Anyone else having the same problem? And any comments from ZOS about this?

I'm using Windows 7 Home Premium, i7-3610QM CPU @2.30GHz and NVIDIA GeForce 670 GTX

I'm getting horrible pixelated nasty graphics now, was fine before the patch.

My graphics are pixilated and horrible as well, and I am running a pretty high end rig that was running at the highest settings before today. Everything is fuzzy and pixilated.

I am running a GTX 770 video card.

Oddly if I load up the game on my old computer the graphics are great. So hopefully they figure this out, otherwise it will be the last straw for me.

Yep, Frame-rate is much worse for me running 2 ATI R9 290X 4GB cards. And, yes, the graphics seem to be, well, crappier.

Since I am at a loss, and I am doubting Customer Service will know how to fix this, I am attempting to re-install the game. The bad news is I am on DSL still, so the download is going to take days. Who knows if this will fix it. I tried all the other ways I've fixed the game when I've had errors before, and none fixed this graphical error. If this doesn't fix it, I will find another game to play.

This fixed the issue for me was getting prity annoyed with the fps, GPU and power drops. I cant explain how this works it just did.
