As long as you have both versions of the client installed, you should be able to log into either the NA or EU megaserver, provided they are up at the time. Please note that while you'll use the same login information, your characters and items/gold will be separate.
ZoS should have done their research though, considering how many successful and how many failed MMOs there are out there, they should have learned by now, instead, they didn't.SilvaRavenheart wrote: »@niliu can't fairly compare eso to wow, they've had ten years to perfect thing, where eso is still so new. I love this game so much I'm even having difficulty getting into my wow toons, graphics are so different. I like the realism this game has applied, I'm kinda sick of cartoons and this game is just what I'm after

- Open your launcher/patcher
- Click on the cog in the top right corner
- Click on the megaserver dropdown and select the server you want to use
- Click apply
- This should cause the launcher to begin downloading the North American client
- If not, please exit the launcher and when you reenter, it should begin to download
Well, at least you can play on both ESO megaservers with only one account/subscription, whereas you can't play on US realms with an EU battle.net account and vice versa AT ALL. You can't even post in the respective region's battle.net forums. One more way ZoS fails compared to Blizz. One install of WoW gets you ALL servers. Don't have to re-download the whole shebang. Which is good, considering how massive the download is for these games, and that people are on limited bandwidth.
