Well...my worry was that my install of the game wasn't rendering textures properly and that I was getting this green no matter what I crafted. I didn't see it before, but perhaps it's because I was at a lower level. I don't recall seeing the sea of green in other players prior to the 1.2 patch though. I'm just not sure why the game is doing this and not crafting gear as represented and if it's issue or not. I was really hoping for feedback from the devs as I've seen them comment on other posts. At the very least a "We are looking into it" comment would be nice so I/We know they are aware of the issue.
With better and better looking gear a big part of grinding and leveling, to get stuck with a crafted gear that doesn't come out right isn't a lot of fun. Luckily, you can get some good drops to use that aren't discolored, but it sure is taking the fun out of crafting something to enjoy out the game right now.

I understand how you feel completely though, it's really hard to play with some of these ugly colors taking away from your characters "look" and distracting you when you're in 3rd person.
