Unknown Error has Occurred - Character will not load into game.

I am also getting an infinite load screen when trying to login to my character in veteran Stormhaven.

Sorry, I was referring to those on the US Megaserver.

I log into and play just fine on the EU Megaserver. Problem is, my main toon is on the US megaserver and I'm at the point where I can research the final trait on three heavy armor items, whereas the rest are sitting at 7/8, not to mention my final trait on shields.

V9, The Rift, about to finish? Yeah, it's a time investment.

The infinite screen at cyrodyl is fault of cyrodyls total crash today. It was and i guess still is unplayable
Cyrodyl is an extra zone for eu and u.s.

No addons. Log into EU fine, not US.

Mhh. Verry strange. Therefore that it is only an splitted mega server it is making an load of problems. So the bug for you is at U.S. Server Part. We cant realy speak of 2 servers.

Their intention was, at a later date, doing a complete server lift to a farm in Europe for the EU Megaserver. So they encouraged EU players to use the EU Megaserver with the intent that when the move occurred, they had a server to access that wasn't an ocean away, and Zeni wouldn't have to do character transfers from server to server (like Blizzard has done).

Just got home from work. I have not read the many response since my original post, but I'm glad to say I'm able to log in. I did read a few posts and some people mentioned it may had to deal with the full screen mode. Prior to logging in, I switched my mode to windowed (fullscreen), and logged in perfectly fine.

Again, not sure if my "fix" is at all related to the problem of others, hope the rest of you are able to play soon.

same thing happened to me.i fixed it by logging in on another computer.then just moved character from area i messed up in.then repaired game on computer it messed up on using repair tool.and tht managed to fix the login error.hasnt messed up at all since i did this 2 weeks ago.

i just made a account today and did all the updates..i login to character select fine login to game from there fine then 2 seconds in game i relog back into login no errer sign just relogs me back every time ive emailed the suport no reply as of yet did this bug get fixed does any one have a solution?
