    It's not Zeni's problem, I had black screen with other games too.

    I haven't. And w/e games you had the issue with wrote crappy coding as well. Shouldn't have to go into a game config and manually edit anything to make a game run properly. That's even if it fixes the problem, cba even loading the game atm.

    At least it's something, what you can fix yourself. As long as they have such major problems, like people cannot login for days (for example me), I would say a black second screen is the least important. Be happy, that you were able to/can play.

    This thread is a bug report asking ZOS to fix the bug, not a "be happy the bug isn't worse so let's celebrate!" thread.

    I'm just saying, don't except that they gonna fix it soon.

    I won't accept them not fixing it soon. That's what you meant right? :3

    Yes I understand you are getting a second monitor black screen. When I was on the phone getting my second monitor black screen fixed the fix listed here is what they said needed to be done and it fixed mine. There is an issue running full screen mode that causes single monitors to go black or one of the dual monitors to go black. Running in windowed full screen I have a full screen game on one monitor and I can use the second monitor as well. Because I have to run windowed full screen that causes some stutter hence the other fix. Sux to make all the changes to play but that is what a lot of us had to do or play with a second monitor we cannot access or have stuttering so bad you can't play because you have access to the second monitor. It needs to be fixed for sure but until they do, this fix seems to work.

    I don't want to run windowed fullscreen, I want them to fix it so the second monitor doesn't go black in true fullscreen mode, and certainly fix it without us having to manually edit any config files. This is 2014, if their programmers aren't up to making a UI that works then fire them and get some quality ones in.

    Also I don't get any stutter in windowed fullscreen, might be a computer issue for you.

    Babylon, did you even try the fix I showed you. Does not involve editing any config files and will perform exactly the same as exclusive full screen did.

    Yeah I've done that, haven't tested it yet because I cba logging into game (have to do an extensive bank session and not looking forward to it). So haven't replied to say whether or not it works.

    As I understand it, at least in part, 'true' fullscreen was implemented so that computers with more than one graphics card could make use of both / all cards properly - this applies to crossfire and (I think) SLI rigs. Also, 'true fullscreen' and other adjustment has helped wide screen gamers where multiple monitors are used.

    When a game does not work how we would like it to it does indeed 'suck'!

    So! This issue of none primary (game) screens going blank will be, I agree, very annoying. I also agree with the idea that this problem could have been foreseen and dealt with.

    For the time being, there are solutions / work arounds mentioned in this thread that may help.

    All that ( ^^ ) taken into account, I hope that if a suitable and permanent fix is available for the issue of blank screening that does not 'break' the multi GPU / widescreen gaming fix(es) it is implemented soon.

    Well i am playing on dual screen with windowed mode and put eso to secondary screen. Funny enough it doesn't remember the choice and on next start the window pops up again on first screen and i have to move it back to second by hand.
