Future Class Set Ideas

Anybody have some unique class set ideas for the future? I'll start:

Daedric Summoning:
Storm Atronach and morphs deal x% less damage, but remains in your command until unsummoned, upon which it explodes and deals xxxx Shock damage.

Daedric Curse and morphs now can be cast in an area, applying their effect to up to x targets. Casting Curse again removes it from all current targets.

We can't take the repetition anymore, fix Overland engagement for Vet players. I don't even care if it's not combat related anymore, just make Overland engaging again.

I'm sick and tired of hearing about Cadwell Silver & Gold as a "you think you do but you don't" - tier deflection to any criticism regarding the lack of overland difficulty in the game. I'm bored of dungeons, I'm bored of trials; make a personal difficulty slider for overland. Make a self debuff mythic. Literally anything at this point.

    Nightblade set..

    5.) When casting Mark target, depending on what morph gain an aditional affect. (Piercing Mark applies major breach and a unique 15% armor reduction) and (Reapers Mark applies major breach and does X damage every X seconds.)

    5.) When Striking an enemy with a grave lord ability, summon an unblockable sycthe that slices down the middle of the enemy dealing X ammount of damage and an additional X ammount over 10 seconds. Can Occur every 15 seconds.

    A Sorc set

    4.)8% Healing done
    5.) Everytime you deal crit damage with a Daedrick Summoning ability, Summon a thunder cloud above the target that follows them dealing X amount of damage every 1 second they are standing in it for 10 seconds, Healing for 100% of the damage done. This affect can occur every 5 seconds.

    A warden set

    2.) Max Health
    3.) pen
    4.) Crit
    5.) Crit chance, when dealing any kind of Frost damage, has a 25% chance to apply Major Brittle and cause the target and the next 3 enemies to that target within 10 meters, to freeze where they stand for 4 seconds. (counts as an immbolize and not a stun) Cannot be blocked or Dodged.

    Warden: Dealing damage with an animal handling ability spawns a cloud of fetcherflies around the enemy for z seconds, dealing x bleed damage per second, scaling off of your weapon or spell damage. Standing in the cloud gives you stacks of Frenzy every y seconds, [insert cool buff here].

    Nightblade set idea:

    Life leech:

    (5) when you use a siphoning skill you generate a leech aura around you (15 meter) for 10 second ,allies in the radius heal themself for 3 % of direct damage done this effect is increased by 3 % for each siphonic abilieties in the active bar. 12 sec cooldown

    (5) as long as one ablities of shadow is active convert minor expedition into minor bersek for the same duration that the buff remaining, convert major expedition into major bersek for the same duration, (this set work on allies when path of darkness (or is morph) is active.

    yeah i know i am bad at doing set effect. X),but i think it's maybe less worse than the set actually released for NB on pts ?

    Necro Grave Lord set:

    Blastbones can now be summoned without a target, and will attack your target. You may have up to 3 Blastbones summoned at a time, and you no longer have to wait for a previous Blastbones to expire to summon a new one.

    Honestly, this would fit soooooooo much better with Storm Calling than the set they gave us

    Cool buff -> Increases your Bleed damage done by X% for each stack of Frenzy.

    Disapointing darkness

    -When you cast consumming darkness, all entities including you within 15m are rooted in place and perform "devastating facepalm" dealing 5k oblivion damage to themselves +10% per ally within range

    5pc Reduce the cost and increase the damage of winter's embrace abilities by 15%. When you use a winter's embrace ability you gain absolute zero for 12 seconds. Causing your chilled status effect application to extend the duration of all active winter's embrace abilities by 0.33 seconds. This effect can only occur once per instance of damage.

    (This is to prevent getting 100 million seconds of duration on an ability in aoe situations)

    (This is to prevent getting 100 million seconds of duration on an ability in aoe situations)

    You coooould give it a cap on the duration increase it can provide to avoid those 100 million seconds

    You coooould give it a cap on the duration increase it can provide to avoid those 100 million seconds

    I think applying chilled from a lot of different sources every second is fine and the intention is to really build chilled chance for maximum possible duration increase, however the aoe ones having a lot of ticks at once is the problem here. i think per tick of damage from an ability it can only increase the duration up once regardless of how many enemies you hit.

    Shadow Nightblade set:

    "Shadow Hearth"

    2p %healing received
    3p health
    4p split stam/mag sustain

    5p: using a shadow skill in combat grants you Minor Berserk for 10 seconds. If your health drops below 25% while this effect is active, remove Minor Berserk and heal for X. This effect can occur once every 10 seconds.

    Use Case: backbarrable damage buff, back barrable burst heal, less than ideal stats for a damage dealer, can be double barred to not have to bar swap for the heal.

    Assassination Nightblade set:

    "Terrifying Deeds"

    2p w/s damage
    3p crit chance
    4p w/s damage

    5p: Using an assassination skill causes your next fully charged heavy attack to inflict X magic damage, and fear the primary target for 4 seconds. This effect can trigger once every 10 seconds

    Killing a target with an assassination skill inflicts X magic damage to nearby targets, and fears them for 4 seconds

    Use case: A traditional gank proc set. Cast blur, go in, and dunk! Also provides cleave for PVE which is a class weakness, and clean up potential in pvp.

    Dark Magic set

    "Shattered Crystals"

    2p Adds 657 Critical Chance
    3p Adds 129 Weapon and Spell Damage
    4p Adds 657 Critical Chance
    5p When you cast a Dark Magic ability, you create a stack of Crystal Focus that summons a floating crystal around you for 7 seconds (up to 5 max). Each stack of Crystal Focus grants +110 Critical Chance, +1% healing received and while casting a Dark Magic ability reduces damage taken by 1% and you gain interrupt immunity.
    At max stacks, you Consume your stacks of Crystal Focus to gain the Charged Crystal buff for 5 seconds. The Charged Crystal buff grants +1100 Critical Chance, +5% Critical Damage and +5% Damage Done to your dark magic abilities and Charges your Crystal Shards with energy causing them to shatter on impact, dealing 75% of their damage to nearby enemies. You cannot gain stacks of Crystal Focus while the Charged Crystal buff is active.

    To clarify the set:

    Each Crystal Focus stack gives:
    - 0.5% Critical Chance per stack (2.5% total)
    - 1% healing received per stack (5% total)
    - 1% mitigation per stack when casting a dark magic ability (5% total)
    - Interrupt immunity while casting a dark magic ability while active (hard CC, stun/fear/pull still interrupts).

    Charged Crystal buff gives:
    - 5% Critical Chance
    - 5% Critical Damage
    - 5% Damage Done with dark magic abilities
    - Crystal weapon/frags essentially become targeted AoE (like the old crystal blast skill) dealing part of its damage in a 5m radius around the target

    The set has an effective cooldown of 10 seconds, so effectively a 50/50 up time split on each part of the set, or lower up time on the damage part if you are weaving other abilities and not gaining stacks every GCD.

    The set aims to fix multiple things on sorcerer for multiple game modes (PvE & PvP):
    1. lack of cleave (fix its issues with in game PvE content that is not just cheesing dummy parses).
    2. not enough built in crit chance modifiers (fix issues with the class not having the required buffs to suit the crit based design/functionality of its class abilities).
    3. interrupts when casting its cast time abilities (fixes the extremely punishing nature of cast time abilities that are far too punishing/easy to counter currently).


    Or if I'm being more realistic:
    5 pc: Actively makes your build worse since its not for pet sorcs.
