That is my ticket number I understand zos employees are busy but 42 hours is a little to much for a response. @ZOS_BillE @ZOS_Adrikoth @ZOS_AntonioP. I'm trying to make a appeal here :)

    COVID slows things down. Try and be patient. Maybe the folks over on those forums can help ya.
