Same audio problems w/ 32 bit and 64 bit, no footstep/horse, no weapon/spell audio. no audio from near-by Dolmans/anchors.
Most environmental audio sounds normal, weather/birds/pets and npc voices.
Odd static noise when in 64 bit mode after playing awhile, but don't hear it when 1st logging in.
PC win7/64bit
Update: logged in w/ lap-top, same audio problem. also I do hear Dolmans when they 1st come down and when destroyed, but low rumble and all combat audio is gone.
I also am very grateful the devs in ESO actually respond to players' comments. Most MMO's just remain silent while they work on a problem, until they get it fixed. Meanwhile, a lot of customers get upset and either post flames or rage quit the game, because they think their concerns are being ignored. A little reassurance goes along way towards inspiring patience while the inevitable hiccups are ironed out.
And I have this bug ...
@ZOS_AlanG A bunch of non-ZOS posts in this thread have been appearing in the dev tracker. Could you have a look into this bug, please? The legit dev posts are getting swamped. Thanks!

Listen here!
This is a clip of one of my characters (PC / NA / EP) running around and interacting with things in Abah's Landing. Strangeness ensues.
I was in there with one of my guild members, but there was at least one other large group of about 8 people or so that we saw while I was running the quest. If it helps at all, things also got bogged down quite a bit in general when that other group was around. There's also A LOT of things attacking you in there on top of all that so combat spam in general might have played a part.ZOS_CaseyCoffman wrote: »Hi again folks. I'm trying to read and respond to everyone in line here. Its a very early Saturday morning for me here on the east coast, so if I happen to miss one of you, I promise it's not intentional!
@ArthmoorThe only audio problems I've run into so far were the dialogue lines Malacath was supposed to be delivering when lighting pyres in Old Orsinium. They were getting cut off or only playing the last parts. 64 bit client, and the dungeon was packed with people so that might have had something to do with it.
That's no good! Do you recall roughly how many other people there were in the area with you? Adding this to the list and investigating.

As Jess mentioned, we are looking into this. The biggest help we could use now are video captures of sounds not playing in Cyrodiil, (ideally with no non-game sounds playing) from users like you!
(Edit for clarity. Ideally we're looking for videos of JUST sounds missing in Cyrodiil, as we're of the mind that the static/random sounds issue is a separate one, linked to 64 bit clients)
i will record some tonight, all last night whilst PVP I kept loosing all sound when it got very busy. If I died or wondered off a bit the sound would come back.
Excellent, thank you!
And to those of you who asked about our internal process of testing these. The issue is that what we are seeing and hearing internally is far different than what you all are describing. So far the only evidence I have of this is what I've encountered on Live myself.
I've been running around with you all in Cyrodiil for the past 3 days trying to capture this in action. The clip below was taken yesterday (3/10/16) at 4pm EST on the PC EU megaserver in the Trueflame campaign using the Live 32bit client.https://youtu.be/MJA2mo480lk
You'll notice that at 0:04 the combat sounds cease playing entirely until roughly 0:09 seconds in. This is the most severe occurrence of this issue that I have personally seen so far.
PC Hardware, user settings, client (32/64bit), etc... All of these factors affect what each end user will see and hear, and though we try our best, we cannot simply account for all the variations of conditions that you all will encounter
While crafting glyphs, the voiceover for Deni was cycling between a static hiss, a static burp/burst, running water, howling wolf, growling wolf. Also, a few times, no sound at all.
This happened while using 64-bit. 32-bit, so far, runs perfectly for me. 64-bit runs much better for me in Cyro, but crashcrashcrashcrashes in Hew's Bane all the time. I have to 32-bit for HB, and 64-bit for Cyro.
While in Cyro with 64-bit, during massive sieging the sound will stop completely only to randomly come back and stop again. Sometimes it comes back completely for a while, sometimes for a short time. Other times it comes back partially for a while or a short time.

Constantly going in and out of combat. It's fine for long battles (like boss fights) but if you guys could come up with a way that it only does this woosh effect after battles lasting longer than a minute.

Every time I leave the enchanting building, I get weird sounds outside. It seems to be everywhere in Belkarth for me. I didn't try any other zones. I have a 58MB mp4 recording, but I'm not sure how to get it to ZOS. I'm not interested in posting it to youtube.
Okay, so in hopes of aiding devs alittle more, I'll give my experience aswell.
Outside of what has been mentioned already, I'm noticing an increase in sound static while using Elemental Ring from the Destro Staff tree. I'm not 100% sure if it's just random, but whenever I've gotten these static noises outside of Hew's Bane, it's been during a trash-pull in a dungeon/trial whilst spamming Ele Ring on my Dragonknight.
Hope I'm of help!
The x64 sound problems started today for me in the Grahtwood and are now following me to other zones.
I played an alt not so often taken far from his bank spot.
If I verify the client in the launcher will it also verify the x64 code?
I hope they fix this before I start ignoring sounds that are going to get me killed, sound is a huge part of PVP, sooner or later I'm going to start unconsciously tuning these sounds out and not paying attention in a PVP environment will get you killed.

32bit and 64bit ALL sounds stop and i'm playing in complete silence
