    I was in Deeshan when I first got kicked skyshard hunting. When I managed to get back in I went to the Rift and the Vampire shrine to get bitten but got booted several times when trying to do the quest

    I was just skyshard hunting. No one else really about. Been stuck and constantly kicked from the same area since 10:30pm GMT. Can no longer even log in and just got ERROR
    Error 100 (3:6:159:597) Timeout while waiting for the realm directory service.

    I have ZEN internet, which runs over BT. Whilst showing a ping of 13k + on/in ESO, I was able to run a test using BT software that showed a 25ms ping, 50mb down and 11mb up. The problem is your end. The server(s), data pipe(s) and software is not configured appropriate for the load. Quite apart from whether the dev team have released code prior to it being fully tested. You are a commercial entity, and we are paying customers. Its time to deliver or give us pro rata refunds every time you fail.

    I was in Shadowfen with an alt, doing quests. Huge lags and then getting kicked from the game, and not easy to log in again.
    Love this game, btw, so just hope for the issues to be resolved.

    So what you have a membership? Yes, you pay for the game and the few extra's it gives you and before you start complaining about me also: I have a membership too!

    This is the first time I have seen a 'real' problem with the servers.
    Yes, sometimes there is a lagg while PvP'ing or in dungeons, but nothing that hasn't been fixed.
    Maybe you should be glad there has been a hardware and software update and that Gina and 'her' crew are doing everything they can to get the servers up and running smoothly again. That might even prevent this from happening in the future.
    I bet other online games wouldn't be so fast and wouldn't even respond to our nagging and complaining in the forum.

    Gina and crew, you are doing a good job. Keep up the good work and may there be a newbie who is bright enough to solve the problem and get a raise!

    Have high speed comhem connection, Sweden. Our guild tried to do cyro azura but a number of us were kicked lots of times often at the same time.

    Played an hour straight, 2 levels gained, (30-32) in Alik'r - England, Virgin media. No issues however lots of people in zone complaining of lag.
