    France here, as all of my guildmates (plus Belgium). We almost all have different ISPs (Free, Orange, Numéricable...)

    EDIT : and we were all having the issue, including german and british friends.

    Never had any issues though untill this evening.
    Not with the game, nor with my provider!

    3 UK players in the guild have been online all evening without disconnect. They are on British Telecom and Sky.

    Switzerland, Swisscom.

    My friends that were crashing as well were from romania, france, germany, croatia and some more countries.

    Crashed 12 times now.

    So basically this means they have no idea what's going on and aren't even able to track it. Otherwise they wouldn't ask bunch of random ppl on the forums.

    I live in Switzerland, ISP is Cablecom, usually using the Swisscom lines though.
    I've had issues for around 50 minutes (from midnight CET approximately). I could play a bit without too much lag from ~00:40 to ~00:45, but now it won't connect.

    Italy, with Fastweb. Login failed at least 15 times since the thread started - when I do manage to get in game, it lags terribly and I'm kicked out shortly afyer.

    And there doesnt seem to be a pattern either. ZOS, your hardware isnt good enough to maintain the few playing. So check something else, which zone where they in when they crashed. I bet most were in Cyrodiil, or some high end dungeon with many players nearvy...Its just the hardware being ***, booting random players when it overloads
