Nerf DK's to the point that most all of of their skills are bad, and all you have are more bad character options. The problem is not class based, its that only sticks and bath robes are optimal attire for any build. Want to play a brute that crushes his foes with a mighty Axe? Well, you can't... to the literal point that you will not have the resources to ever actually do so. Stamina specialization means you EITHER use skills OR you CC break OR you sprint OR you dodge OR you block OR you bash OR you sneak. Magicka specialization means you BOTH use skills AND you CC break AND you sprint AND you dodge AND you block AND you bash AND you sneak.

Magicka specialization = BOTH, AND
Stamina specialization = EITHER, OR

@ZOS, it would seem you want the player to slowly come to a painful realization that all of the time they spent leveling into a Stamina based character was wasted, and so you force them to pick up a stick and wear a dress like everyone else if they want to be optimal. Then, in apparent denial of that reality, decide to start nerfing skills that have little to do with that disparity to begin with. That only makes sense if really you don't think about it.

I have a DK and i dont feel overpowered, neither in pve or pvp, its a dps build so yes i kill many and fast but if combat takes longer bye bye, its weak.

They also forget that they have already stripped DKs from being unique like every class started out with.

Nightblades have cloak (priceless escape/survival), siphoning, top dps (after latest patch they top dmg meters by a good margin ahead of sorc, top pve guilds in EU use NBs only now).

Sorcerers have Bolt escape (also priceless escape/survival ability), Summons (buffed in 1.2, suicide bomber pets will be op in pvp), Crit Surge (strongest self heal in the game with low cost and long duration) and RANGE high dps.

Templars are the hands down best healers in the game, got dispels, group heals and healing passives nobody else get. They need slight buff in dps however.

DKs have nothing left except some survivability through 1 expensive heal that has built in dimishing returns which keeps it from being viable except at very low health (you can never heal to full health with DB), but they LACK AN ESCAPE/CLOAK MECHANISM which is much more important for survival, especially in PVP.
I can safely say that every DK would trade their dragon blood for NB cloak or Sorc bolt escape any day, because this is much better in terms of survival. Difference is that Sorc has the best self healing AND bolt escape as survival tools. DKs only have 1 heal with dimishing returns, and are locked into 5 meter range to do anything.

Over half of the DKs spread between my 3 PVP/PVE guilds have quit during the last 1-2 weeks because of the grand slam of nerfs, while some have rerolled Sorc or NB while their sub is cancelled.

The day they showed "road ahead", 8 DKs in my guild cancelled their subs at the same time.

ZOS doesn't know what the hell they are doing.
They nerf wearing a blindfold while stamina builds and stamina weapons continue to be gimped, and everyone is forced to wear a dress and a staff to do top DPS.

They are basically nerfing a whole class because one option staff / robes is considered OP, sword and board DK (classic - more akin to how the class is portrayed) with seriously suffer.

It wont fix a problem all will do is annoy more of the player base rather than dealing with balancing the classes across the board, not nerf one to death because of one situational set up.

I have just checked leadersboard of trials and what did i see ? Every class can solo trials, NB and templars also . Do they need nerfs too ? So nerf of all classes is possible in the future.

I honeslty think they don't like people beating the trials in under 10 minutes so the idea is to nerf everyone down to nb/templar levels.

Nb/templar levels ? They solo trials too. From weekly trial leaderboard i see only sorcs soloing them.

I don't think it's the DK tanks. They seem to be against any build that can go face to face against of 3+ and tank them. The upcoming NB nerf is a clear indication that they only way they want us to play melee is hit and run 'glass cannon' that may have to die once in each battle.

This is how MMO's end up over nerfing a class. Nerfing a class down hard while at the same time other classes are being buffed. This has double the effect.

Since DK's have already been nerfed, the logical approach should be to first see how the other classes buffs work out and then decide if further changes need to be done to DK's. But no, just like every MMO that makes the same mistake, DK's will be over nerfed.
