Are you happy with the direction ESO is going?
Direction?
I have no idea yet as I'm only at VR2 which I think is still original release material. Isn't this recent patch the first new material added to the game? If so isn't it a bit early to be asking as it's just a few days after the patch and quite a few of us can't even get in game due now due to bugs.
Exactly what direction is this thing going? Up? Down? Left? Right? Backwards? Forwards? Straight ahead? In circles? Somewhere? Nowhere?
I guess for me now as I can't play at all it's Nowhere. Hopefully that's a temporary status and not for too much longer.

For example: Right before microsoft stopped supporting Windows XP, they released a patch for a memory leak issue dealing with the svchost.exe. The bug had been known for more than a year, and microsoft had attempted to fix the issue more than once in the past. Hell, in 2013 they released a patch with the sole purpose of fixing that one issue...the patch failed, and the memory leak bug continued.
I don't give a damn about some ancient operating system any more than i give a damn about anything that went on in Warcraft. What i do give a damn about is paying a big ticket price plus a sub on top for a game where I cannot reliably swap weapons or trust hose skills that are working to trigger properly.
both being things that are quite rightly, trivial non-issues in other games (such as GW2 with 2 bars and ArcheAge with 4) but somehow are intractable problems to Zen.

I KNOW, its been said to death by probably 100s now but until they combat the game breaking bots, who suck up resources in low level areas, and generally make questing and existence in ESO unappealing [simply by their very presence] nothing is going to get any better. ZOS needs to understand, we need more communication, we need more transparency. Show to us, the customer, the players who want to, and WOULD stay here for years, that you give a damn about us, and do not just want £$. Show to us you care about this game more than just for £$ but as a project, as a game, as a career/profession. SHOW TO US YOU CARE FOR YOUR WORK AND DO NOT WANT IT TO GO TO THE DOGS. Because if you don't, you WILL loose many more subs and eventually you will be left with just the bots. And that situation will lead to this games demise.
Its the bots, or us. Consider this an open letter ZOS.

What does that tell you?
