Stuck after password login.

Hi all,

Since yesterday i have not been able to get pass the login loading screen and would be grateful for any solutions.

Key in password - forever loading screen.

I have tried this with another account and it is the same. Did the usual check for updates and multiple repairs but it doesn't work. Just fyi, 2 days ago i had the error 301 issue but it was resolved. This current issue is not an Error 301 issue.

Is there any official response from Zos?
I love the game and all but this is getting out of hand. I had the Error 301 issue a few days ago which was frustrating and now this...

No "official" response on the forums that I've seen. Some of us (myself included) make tickets and got responses. Mines however failed to give me complete information on a "fix" so I've been waiting for a reply on that for almost 5 hours now. So...don't hold your breath for help.

Hit the 'Developer Tracker'. Answer is yes. Problem is, they don't know why it affects certain, and apparently random, users.

I am facing the same problem. I submitted a ticket to tech support and they are currently working on it, I hope. I tried accessing my account on another computer and the forever loading screen happened again. I also went through all the basic steps tech support recommended and I am still unable to access my account or pass the forever loading screen. Ever since the Craglorn patch, I have had constant issues. I hope ZOS fixes these issues soon...

@Sihnfahl‌ You've seen a ZOS post about this issue? I've been on the forums pretty much all day and have yet to see it. Can you link this post for me?

Good luck, I don't think any of the suggested fixes posted from folks tickets has worked for anyone yet though.

I think this issue is still in the "waiting for ZOS to recognize its something on their end" phase... : (

Yea all the fixes recommended does not work. All it did was deleted all my addons which i am downloading again now lol.

You guys have a good day and thanks for all the replies. Hope this is fixed soon. I have no more patience left for this game. I will try login in another day or so.

Like I said, hit the Developer Tracker button. It's the first one that comes up.

Loading Screen Infinite Tooltip Loop - Some people were encountering a loading screen issue where tooltips would rotate infiniately and the loading screen would not go away. We pushed a hotfix yesterday that fixed this issue.

@Sihnfahl‌ Yeah, I don't know what YOU were looking at but this post is the first one on my list and its not speaking about the issue at hand as you can see. It's saying its' been fixed on May 24th (Based on the post being the 25th). Clearly...this is not the case as it is May 28th and plenty of people have posts about the issue currently. Not the one back before May 24th.

I was looking for something currently being spoken about the issue currently happening to a lot of players.

The first time, you'll get the inability to connect message. Second time, you get the 301.

That's the issue that's still outstanding.

THAT is the issue we (myself and the people within this thread and other threads) are discussing. The the issue you are talking about is not the issue WE have and it is STILL outstanding. Clearly...with the evidence I have provided and multiple others you can find for yourself.
