I had finished questing in Stonefalls and was going to the next zone Deshaan. As I entered Deshaan I was put on the loading screen for the zone. During this loading screen (which lasted ~1-2 minutes) the game logged me out, back to the log-in screen with the error: "Error: An Unknown Error has occured."
I immediately tried to log back in. I logged into the character screen successfully, and clicked the same character to load into the game. I was put on the normal loading screen as my character logged into the game. However, after ~30 seconds on this log-in screen, the screen went black with only my cursor showing. After about another 1 minute, it kicked me back to the log in screen, with the message: Error: an unknown error has occurred.
Since then, I have completely logged out, and back in with the same event happening. I have checked for updates, my game is up to date. I have also used the repair tool, waited for that to complete and tried to log back in, I get the same issue.
I have submitted an e-mail to customer support and await its response. Has anyone had something similar happen? Does anyone know of any possible fixes?

I don't believe I've read anyone (here as well as other loading screen loop posts) having issues with normal leveling zone areas. It seems to be specific to Vets. Which would help Support in finding the issue. If they are even looking, that is.
I can't log into a character in Stross M'kai; so far all my other characters seem unaffected.

@Atratus
I'm not even playing in full screen currently and I'm having this issue... I'm playing in windowed mode. I don't think what support gave you has anything to do with the issue we're having, lol...
I got a reply from support. I did check this but it did not work. Still have issue. Posting here, maybe it will work for someone.
"Thank you for contacting The Elder Scrolls Online Team.
We deeply apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. We will do everything possible to resolve this issue for you.
This issue seems to be related to a new fullscreen mode introduced in the patch. Please try the following:
• Navigate to C:\Users\Username\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live
• Locate the file UserSettings.txt and open it with Notepad
• Locate the line starting SET FULLSCREEN_v5 - it will be set to SET FULLSCREEN_v5 "2"
• Change this to SET FULLSCREEN_v5 "1" and save the file
• Restart the launcher and hit Play
Also, please perform the following trouble shooting steps if the above steps did not resolve the issue.
The UserSettings.txt file in the My Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live was not updated with a fresh install, or after patching.
The new UserSettings.txt file contains several new instruction lines that are not in the pre-patch file.
You may need to update your UserSettings.txt file to get the game to successfully launch for you.
First - Verify your My Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live\UserSettings.txt is NOT set with the "Read Only attribute. (In order to keep the pre-game load credits from loading this may have been set)
• Left click on the file and select "Properties" from the menu.
• Verify the "Read-only attribute (General Tab) is NOT checked.
• Select OK.
You can edit your file manually with my notes below
INDIVIDUAL CONFIGURATION LINES/COMMANDS THAT HAVE BEEN CHANGED:
• Command: "SET RequestedNumThreads "0" needs to be REPLACED with two different command lines as follows:
• SET RequestedNumJobThreads "0"
• SET RequestedNumWorkerThreads "0"
The following 4 command lines could be added to your UserSettings.txt file with no deletions.
• SET MULTI_GPU_CHECK "1"
• SET DisableFXPrecaching "1"
• SET PreferExclusiveFullscreen "0"
• SET MonsterTellsEnabled "1"
