It has. Markarth is the one that hasn't been founded yet. Well the Dwemer ruin is there, but it isn't inhabited by Nords/Reachmen.

Oh, ok. I knew one of those places hadn't been there for long, thought it was Whiterun for some reason.

But then, I only go to Whiterun for business, and otherwise stay mostly in my Hearthfire homes. I don't like the way Lydia creeps in on my male character when he sleeps. At least the other guy just stays downstairs at night, and works outside all day.

Haven't done that Boethiah quest yet. Guess who I have in mind to take with me .... >:)

    Immediate first thoughts-
    • The ingame mail interface -would it hurt to make COD rather than Gold the default? (So you don't accidentally end up paying someone to take your goods? SFAIK there have been no 'incidents' around this, but in an MMO it is inevitable that sometime somewhere someone will accidentally send gold to someone who sees no reason to give it back.)
    • A quest line that revolves around human-mer-whatever intrigue and political skulduggery that doesn't involve daedric princes, vampires, werewolves, the end of Nirn or the need to kill things etc. but requires player to follow clues, examine evidence, interview witnesses/suspects etc with only maybe something like a 1 in 3 chance of coming to correct conclusion. (Even just 1 quest line of that sort wouldn't kill you, and IMO would add more depth to the Elder Scrolls feel. Relentless wall to wall magic & mayhem gets a bit 'same old-same old' quite quickly.)
    • A quest line involving swashbuckling on the high seas. (Hunting the coast for a Redguard pirate who's still preying on Breton shipping for example.) I really liked being part of Captain Kaleen's crew in the opening stages of the game & would've loved a bit more of that 'flavour'.
    • The ability to quit an npc Guild if you interact with one of their recruiters in error.

Would like to see two things in ESO:
    1. Allow grouping in all instances; would be fine with limiting it to two players and scaling instance difficulty accordingly
    2. Control the bot problem
