Why are you so blinded by hate from real PvP? GH existing has zero effect on you. Can't say the same about vengeance not impacting GH, so it's reasonable for people to take issue with vengeance for several reasons.

Vengeance as an additional campaign has no effect on GreyHost either.
Vengeance test with sets removed not just GH and BR but normal Vengeance too by replacing its ruleset, but unlike those from GreyHost and Blackreach Vengeance players didn’t get 3*campaign rewards like.

ZOS added Vengeance coldfire ballista that is pretty hard to outheal and if you could use two of them you could kill everyone you hit. You can already ask a friend to setup one for you so you have 2.PC EU0 -

Exactly, I don't have to play it. So I can and will continue to criticize it, especially when ZOS feels the need to force it upon me every so often to provide data for a better experience in a game mode I neither want nor care about.
Also Vengeance coldfire is less effective than stacked coldfire in Gray Host. I use 4-8 of them to make an entire faction suffer when they roll up to KC/Farra. But it's their fault for not using siege. It's their fault for not using siege shield. And before anyone say it isn't skillful, can you do it? Can you take on 25+ with siege by yourself?
Vengeance doesn't allow that kind of counter to numbers. Where I can just fire siege and wipe them out. Instead, I just wait for my death while an army of people have no threat of dying thanks to damage caps and other cheese baked into the system and rules of the camp.
I cannot be convinced that Vengeance is balanced or equivalent when it has a greater population cap , and numbers on it can shift hard to one population versus the others esp. in events like Midyear Mayhem.
And, apparently it's not just me that can't be convinced, which is why it's a dead campaign. Too bad ZOS didn't force it on Midyear, if they had, they could have said the successful test was successful.5 -

ZOS keeps removing GH from the game to force people into vengeance almost nobody wants to play. Even with this years MYM ZOS refused to add additional camps for the overflow from GH and Blackreach, which are pop locking well before most can get home from work to play.
The shameless shilling from the handful of vengeance advocates is highly transparent and not factually reflective of what's going on with ZOS trying to force vengeance on everyone at the expense of the PvP we bought the game to play.4 -

I no longer believe vengeance is being used to improve aspects of GH, as ZOS originally said was it's purpose. I don't know how anyone could believe this given how the last year of vengeance has played out. If it were, where are these improvements taking place and in what form?
I believe it's you and those still thinking vengeance is somehow going to be used to improve GH that are being naive and ignoring history. Either that or you see exactly where this is going and your just lobbying for GH to be shut down for some personal reason.

The game is 12 years old, I refuse to be a crashtest dummy.
GH (no mind the name) is the vanilla pvp etablished since begin and the reason why a lot of people bought that game.
The fact they REFUSE to actively work on it to be improved but instead trying to FORCE us into a new system by removing gh for „tests“ is scandalous.2 -
