Web Eater Trophy and Bust possibly bugged.

Yesterday I did the Opulent Ordeal. The bust and trophy say they are obtained by completing the Ordeal but I got neither yesterday.

Screenshots to show proof:

@code65536 was in the run with me and lootlog history showed none of us who were in the run got either the trophy or bust. Is this intended? I know that you get the busts of the Gilded after you kill all three once but for the Ordeal if this is intended it feels excessively grindy even if achievement hunters will be doing it multiple times. The trophy/bust for OO also does not state you need to clear once to get it like the dungeon ones which is why I figured I'd ask.

Hi all, we have identified the issue and have a hotfix lined up for Monday, May 4 that will fix this. Here's what you can expect after the hotfix is live:

If you have already cleared the Opulent Ordeal once or more before the hotfix goes out, clear it one more time and you will get both the Web Eater bust and trophy.
If you have not yet cleared the Opulent Ordeal by the time the hotfix goes out, clear it once and you will get the trophy upon completion, then the bust after your second.

With Update 50, we will be updating the tooltip text for the bust to state that it is "Awarded for defeating the Web Eater twice in the Opulent Ordeal."

That is why I never play on normal, because I do not wish to do the same thing twice.

You have to do it 3 times for one of the achievements, but at least the trial is different all 3 times.

@ZOS_JessicaFolsom There is another bug along these lines, where the Alzirrix bust is dropping on the first kill of that boss.

So to summarize, right now on live...

Alziriix: trophy awarded on first kill, bust awarded on first kill
B'Kyfxi: trophy awarded on first kill, bust awarded on second kill
Fateline's Knell: trophy awarded on first kill, bust awarded on second kill
Web Eater: trophy/bust not awarded (hotfix incoming)

Hey @code65536 thank you for the call-out. This is indeed a bug if it's happening - we're looking at it now. The bust should be awarded on the second kill, like the others. Since this is in our players' favor, it's a little less critical for us than the Web Eater one.

Update: It does look like there is a bug that can occur here, though it could happen with any of the first three bosses on the list above. We've got a bug in for it now.

Jess - will we have the option of opening a ticket to get the trophy awarded if we have completed it once rather than rerunning it?

Just wanted to follow up on this @ZOS_JessicaFolsom , this Trial is notoriously long and difficult and would be good to avoid doing it multiple times for casuals.

Hi! Good question. I was just typing up the hotfix notes for this and a couple other things that will be going out this afternoon.

The Trial bust and trophy rewards are all intended to take two runs to get, like what @code65536 and I posted earlier in this thread (just above a few posts.) So the most you would need to run it is twice, barring the issue we are hotfixing today. After the hotfix is live, if you have already run Opulent Ordeal at least once, you just need to run it once more between now and June 17 to get both the Web Eater bust and trophy.

Right but you are supposed to get the trophy on the first run and the bust on the second. If we have already run it once and didn't get the trophy and don't care about the bust. Can we just submit a ticket to get the trophy (and not the bust) awarded to our account without needing to re-run it?
