account suspended/compromised

on April 1st i received an email stating that my account had been suspended i however did not try to login until the 3rd of April and found that my account had been suspended via an in game message. I immediately responded to the email sent to me with the required information, it has since been a week and the only other emails I've received have been the password reset for when i was securing my account and one saying i need to resubmit a ticket via the support website which i did but i never received a support ticket confirmation email with a ticket number so the only ticket number i have is the initial one which is 260401-001629 @ZOS_Icy @ZOS_Bill

    HI there, just wanted to follow up on this. We checked with customer service and they are going to review your ticket. It is in the correct queue and they are working on getting to it. They will work on getting you the proper reset email so that you can work through the steps to regain assess to your account.
