Typo on the last screenshot I meant zos will lose end game pvers.
Damn I must have a divination skill or something. Almost exactly as I and other end game players predicted. Don’t have time to look through everything but I distinctly remember end game players predicting that it would actually lower diversity after like 2 months. Well it took 3-4 but close enough.
It's the end game players using those meta builds though, there always was a meta endgame players crutch on and always will be no matter what Zos change. Whats stopping endgamers using unique builds? Themselves.

Nah you’re wrong.
All you have to do is go back and look at all the off meta PvP builds. Yeah we played the meta for a bit, got bored and then went on to more fun setups. Now however, there is no point because the power gap between meta and non meta is so big that it doesn’t make anything else viable or fun.
Apart from that, more than half the people In this forum post wouldn’t be able to properly balance subclassing. There is no chance that the current combat team, given the levels of knowledge we have seen from one of the leads, would be able to properly balance multiclassing.
Tip: to the devs for when they inevitably try and balance multiclass; you won’t be able to do it by looking at a spread sheet. You’ll actually have to think about how whatever change your implementing affects the results when combined with other skill lines and how it affects the next best.

They need to change hybridization before they could ever try to balance subclassing.

More than that, they would need to delineate the base class skill lines to be distinct like the DLC classes - which would ruin those classes.
Subclassing is inherantly unbalances - it favours the DLC classes. There is no way to fix that within the system without ruining base classes.
