Don't go through with this absurdly stupid idea of removing content from the game for no discernible reason whatsoever.

I finished the helping skodo quest, completed the fortress and turned it in back at the camp and it’s no longer in my journal under quests. The barrier buster achievement and momento still shows unachieved.

Not sure if this is it, but did you turn in the story quest to Prince Azah?

Prince Azah is also not where his quest marker says he is for "The Deep Tombs of Xul-Haj." Apparently I am stuck on both quests.
