    Hello!

If you suspect someone is breaking the rules, we ask that you please report them through the in-game feature. This will allow our team to look into the reports more easily. You can follow these steps for your platform:
    PC/Mac
    Console

Please be aware we cannot assist with in-game violations on the forums. A certain amount of rivalry and competitive razzing is healthy for any game community, especially one with PVP elements. We don't feel that publicly calling out or accusing others by name on our forums is in spirit of the game or our community. If you genuinely believe someone has violated our Terms of Service, you should report them in-game via the support interface — do not bring the situation onto the official ESO community forums.

I believe the complaint this thread is making is that a player is deliberately making their username illegible to avoid being reported.

Beyond that, why is that player planning on being reported frequently? ???

I’ve seen those guys on PS NA GH in the past but never had any problem with them. Maybe it’s like the other players said they’re good and other players just get mad for losing to them. They could have changed the name to stop harassment instead, just a thought.

I think it is probably more of a PC thing, I think it is easier to mess with the game with external tools. But I really don't know for sure. I don't even really pvp much at all beyond getting level 1 for the 50 transmutes, but with that last event I got like 10000 transmutes stocked up so I haven't been back.

Some just do that to be cute about it. It does not mean they expect or have behavior that would lead to being reported.

I mentioned before that PvP players on PS claim that others are cheating. I don’t know if it is possible, but with the lag and other problems in the game right now, it could appear so without actually happening in my opinion.

Wait. This is on Playstation? Used to have a group like that on PCNA. Haven't seen them for a while, but I'm not consistently on.

I've seen barcode-named players in other games with PvP. If you're going to pick that sort of name for your character and/or account, you probably know exactly why you're picking it.

I mean, it's super simple to tell these three people apart at a glance when under pressure:
    IlIIlIIIlIlllI
    IlllIIlIIlIIIl
    lIIIlIlIIlIIIl
And it's even easier to type their names without messing up when their nametag is far away and almost illegible.
