Supplemental Thread vision doesn't work

Noted it a couple times already, when I grab the Supplemental Thread vision in the archive, it doesn't actually do anything, definitely not adding an extra "life". Maybe it doesn't work when you already have one from the Destozuno's Safety Net, but can't check that.

✭✭✭✭✭It's always worked fine for me. You can get a maximum of 6 lives in a duo setup, 5 in solo. 3 base threads, plus 1 bonus per player with the safety net upgrade, plus 1 supplemental thread vision, so yes, it does work with the safety net upgrade(s).
Supplemental thread will appear only for the player with crown (if the group is a duo) and only when you have one thread remaining (so people who want to farm that vision for the achievement can commit suicide until there's just one thread left, and it's possible to get it in Arc 1).Nightfighters ― PC/NA and PC/EU

this is how it should work
not withstanding if there are any bugs associated with it (i think there has been occasional bugs where the run just ends even after you grab the supplemental thread, or the thread count is off when theres more than 1 player)plays PC/NA
