Fungal Grotto II Final Boss bugged

The bug at the end of Fungal Grotto is still happening. You get back to the first room but you cannot progress to the boss fight. You can't set up the portal and you thus cannot spawn the final boss.

mdjessup4906✭✭✭✭✭A group mate had a similar problem just last night. They were on quest, picked up the rock, etc. We got the final boss but the quest wouldn't complete. This happened with a different guy a few months ago too.1 -
Aylish✭✭✭✭✭You know you have to talk to the guy next to the entrance to set up the Obsidian dome.
Once it‘s up, the boss should appear.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭You must pick up the Obsidian Husk after you defeat that boss that drains your magicka.
Picking up the Husk causes the Two-Blades NPC to spawn next to the wayshrine.
Then you must talk to Two-Blades to start the final boss fight.
