support doesn't want to refund gems for purchased items
I bought a vampire killer knight polymorph for 400 gems(7/19/2024), the same day I created an appeal to return the polymorph and the gems for it. They write to me that they can not make a refund.
Previously, when I made a similar appeal to me always returned the goods, the main condition was that the goods were bought less than 30 days ago.
I searched and could not find the rules on the “return of goods” crown store and do not understand on what basis I refuse to return the goods.
If the return policy has been updated, why are users not notified about it? I strongly resent it.
