Bedlam veil : Well Aimed?

Does anyone have any clue how to get the “well aimed” achievement from Bedlam Veil on PS console?

Info from ingame/web is:
Use Catatonic Disruptor to knock the Blind out of the air 3 times as a team in Veteran Bedlam Veil.
Well Aimed is awarded for using the Catatonic Disruptor, awarded for completing the third puzzle, 3 times to knock the Blind out of the air in Veteran Bedlam Veil.

I’m not getting catatonic disruptor to proc at all, only the other two unlocked options (despite having solved all three locks/have all three small lights floating around my head)

Only the tank will get it, and they will get it only when the boss is doing her jump-into-the-air-and-land-on-the-tank heavy attack.

The credit for this is group-wide, so once the tank uses it three times in a single pull, everyone in the group will get it. But it's up to the tank, and there's nothing that you can do about it if you aren't the tank.

If you are the tank and are having trouble with this, then I suggest not unlocking the secret that grants the shield buff. There are two ways the shield buff messes with this. First, if you use it, you'll get put on a cooldown (that's shared by all three bonus effects), so that when you want to use the disruptor, you are on cooldown.

The second problem is that you're often eligible to use both, and in that case, when you press the synergy, it's a bit of a dice roll which one of those two you actually get. There have been times when the synergy prompt said use catatonic disruptor, and when I used the synergy, it did the shield instead.

a way that helped get this achievement was only doing the puzzle which gives the catatonic disruptor synergy so your other synergies are not competing with it

i think thats the 3rd line puzzle, you can skip the first 2 so the synergies never appear to make it easier
