I'm absolutely livid that customer support are leaving me unable to log in due to issues with your access codes not sending. Over 25% of my paid time is gone, without me being able to log in. I'm receiving no help, just a copy and paste standard reply. What is the point of beinga paying subscriober, if we are just ignored when your log in system doesn't work. 10 days now I've been waiting. Your advice was to try changing my email, I tried that then you send me this as a reason for ignoring my tocket for a week: "Please note: when you update the ticket with a new email, it pushes your ticket to the back of the queue." So by doing what you requested, you dump my ticket to back of the queue?
