Ticket - 240504-002167 - Waiting since May 4th to log in despite my money being taken for sub

I'm absolutely livid that customer support are leaving me unable to log in due to issues with your access codes not sending. Over 25% of my paid time is gone, without me being able to log in. I'm receiving no help, just a copy and paste standard reply. What is the point of beinga paying subscriober, if we are just ignored when your log in system doesn't work. 10 days now I've been waiting. Your advice was to try changing my email, I tried that then you send me this as a reason for ignoring my tocket for a week: "Please note: when you update the ticket with a new email, it pushes your ticket to the back of the queue." So by doing what you requested, you dump my ticket to back of the queue?

    Just in case this works for you:
    The system says it sends you an access code, but actually doesn't send it if you enter the wrong password. It won't tell you the password is wrong either, unless you already successfully passed the access code stage...

    I waited for a while, finally remembered my actual password (after returning to ESO after two years) and got the access code within a minute.

    Hey, no I can log in to the account page no problems to pay my sub, its just the game it won't let me in!

    Something I read elsewhere (sorry if its vague I play 99% on console so I don't really pay attention to the details) but if you are launching the exe directly rather than via the launcher you may have this problem. I can't remember if it was specific to steam, or epic, or the game launcher, but worth mentioning

    Hey, I'm not on Steam or Epic, I download it directly from ESO website (Got the game on release in 2014, before it was on steam or epic etc).
