ZOS_KevinCommunity ManagerWe posted this the other day about the plushiesHi all, we have an update for players who ordered the Alfiq plushie at the ESO 10-Year Anniversary Celebration Event. There were some delays in shipping from the manufacturer, and we expect the plushies to arrive in the US soon. We will be reaching out via email soon to collect your shipping info. Rest assured, if you ordered one of these plushies you will get it!

✭For the alfiq plush, I think you should have received an email about it in the past few days. It points you to a form where you can specify the shipping address.
If you haven't got the email or if you did but want to change the address you submitted with the form I'd suggest contacting customer support.
