Amsterdam Tidali Alfiq Plush

Hey so I bought the Tidali plush alongside my 10th Anniversary Amsterdam ticket but they didn’t arrive in Amsterdam in time for the event. I was told while at the event that I’d get an email to confirm my address and they’d ship it to me however so far I’ve yet to receive anything and I’m getting kinda worried. Anyone else in the same boat?

Oh, I didn't realize that there was already a thread on this subject.

I just asked myself in the Crown Store subforum.

Three of us who also purchased the plushie along with the ticket haven't heard anything either.

Or about the goblet.

On top of having to specify the size of the t-shirt at the time of booking the ticket only to be told that they were out of that size at the time of collection and to pick a different size. What was the point of asking then?

All 'first world problems' but still...

There were some delays in shipping from the manufacturer, and we expect the plushies to arrive in the US soon. We will be reaching out via email soon to collect your shipping info. I was an attendee to the event, as were the people in the thread asking about the plushie, I don't remember being given a discord link...

I did get a link from someone (Nefas) after I mentioned I was going to the event in another discord. It wasn't sent out officially afaik.

I got the survey shortly after Kevin posted the update but that was that.

The goblet, they said it would be shipped 'late spring'... maybe they will ship both at the same time?

Technically they have until 20:50UTC on 20/06/24

Any updates? Still haven't received the email mentioned in this topic, and Zenimax support informed me that promotional events are nothing to do with them.

Zenimax should already have my shipping info since it was supplied when purchasing the event tickets. Same for the 10th anniversary goblet.

Who do I contact to find out more information, or to request a refund?

It's been over 3 weeks, are you in a position to share those answers now?

I am going to figure out how to place a support ticket on this one. I only have 3 more weeks then I won't have access to this address anymore.
Would have used a family members if I knew I was moving back in December when I signed up for the thing but that isn't exactly something one can predict that far out.
Still hoping they reach out but no email updates on plush yet.

Ok. My Alfiq knowledge hunting experience.

+First I placed a support ticket on the Elder Scrolls site. I included a screenshot of my order number with the plush.

+The response was to reach out to ShowClix the site that handled the tickets.

+Reached out to ShowClix on how to change my address since not all items in my order were fulfilled.

+The response was saying my order was voided & I was refunded in May.

+I received no official email from ZoS about this happening & did not request for one.

This may simply be an odd experience. Did anyone who ordered the plush get a stealth refund as well with no communication?

Not trying to be a bother, just trying to find answers.

@ZOS_Kevin Pinging you since this seems odd and is highly specific to the event y’all had. Maybe you can get some updates for these folks, especially the one above with changing address and mystery voided order?

No stealth refund on my bank account. Yet!

When I contacted ShowClix they told me Zenimax are handling the plushies and anniversary goblets. They washed their hands of all involvement since the event is over.

No refund on my end, I haven't tried to contact ZOS or Showclix since they sent out the survey asking us to fill in our info for the plush, any update would be appreciated.

Same as above poster, no contact from ZOS after filling the survey. I do hope we will get our plushie, I was looking forward to it so much
