Can't connect Amazon to my ESO account

Whenever I try it tells me my Amazon account is attached to another ESO account, but Ive already checked the only other one I have is a steam account and that isn't attached to Amazon. How do I fix this? It also says I claimed the latest Prime Gaming bundle but since it wouldn't attach, I don't have it.

✭✭Do you have another email address also linked to that prime account? My husband and I have a family prime account. He cant get the prime freebies as I get them on my email address attached to the prime account and it wont allow 2 addresses connected to the same prime to claimSoupy twist0 -

I don't, I only have the one email address and its not associated with my steam account, its associated with this account. I've tried everything and it says on Amazon I have nothing connected to it.0 -
