I am about to use the manual technique of placing the patch manifest in the \Zenimax Online\Launcher\ProgramData folders but my installation is on an exterior drive. The folder on my C drive has nothing past the Zenimax Online folder except a log folder. The actual folders in the support information are on my exterior drive. Common sense tells me to place the patchmanifest file in the folders on my exterior drive but I want to make sure that's right. I'm trying to get this taken care of before the 2nd for Blackwood launch.
