Okay, so you aren't asking for more damage as you can kill regular people just fine. You are asking for tanking to be nerfed.

We have two options. Either tanking means that you can take a beating unless against overwhelming odds, or tanking means that you can take a beating for a good while but will eventually run out of resources. We currently have option 1. It seems that your main concern is that you cannot in a duel kill a tank. So you're asking that ZOS implements option 2 where resource regen and healing is nerfed so tanks will die eventually even in a regular fight.

I am asking for my complete kit from before the "non proc" nonsense when I could kill almost anyone and even dry full tanks of resources in a reasonable time. And I wish for other people to have the possibility to gear just like me, with the best in slot gear available in the game, and let the skill decide the winner.

I am also asking to revert to the time when Cyro was populated. It is absolutly not normal for two people to duel undisturbed for 10 minutes in front of Bleakers or on the Alessia bridge, two of the places with most trafic in a non dead campaign..

Here we have the problem. Best in slot gear means proc sets means OP proc sets that never should be a thing in PvP as they’re free damage and free healing. Exactl that is the reason why we have no proc Cyrodiil for the next three months. You still can use the best in slot gear available, it’s just limited now. But nobody stops you from wearing BiS sets of the limited list of sets.

And I really think it’s unnecessary to constantly tag Gina & Co., it won’t do anything except inflating their tags. They reduced the duration from 6 to 3 months (which is good, but they decided this faster than I expected so they’re serious about it), they don’t drop it now. Get over it until June, after that you can have your proc sets again.

I don't see people pushing an agenda other than to restrict access to gear others have paid good time and money to get. If the restrictions had resulted in performance improvements there would be a case to keep them out. Lacking the performance improvements ZOS claimed the test was designed to outline, a case can not be made for keeping the restrictions. People paid for the content. They purchased it. It shouldn't be taken away because people pushing a selfish agenda won't stop jumping up and down and holding their breath until they get their way.

I logged in after one year into a pop locked campaign and it seems totally empty compared to last year. So my subject feeling is that they reduced the pop cap again.

Oceanic AD on NA PC is dead at the moment. Haven't played myself in over two weeks. Logged on last night to see EP with 3 bars, DC with 3 bars, and AD with 1 bar. Only had 1.3 million AP when I left. Came back and still ranked like number 145. That's not a large population especially as there was bonus AP still to be had when I left.

On the bright side, battlegrounds were fun. Guess I'll probably spend my time in there. I don't have to re-gear all of my characters and DC and EP can fight a two faction battle. It's a win-win.

Ps4 is dead too and we still have procs so you can’t blame the test. People are just frustrated with a game that doesn’t work.

Flames of Ambition? CP grind? There are things pulling people out as there are every new update. That being said prime time queue's for DC are still a thing and can last an hour or more.

Just queued up at 95 people at 9:45 pm EST. AD is at 3 bar. They do seem to be suffering from lack of people representing them the last week or so. I can recall when DC was in its doldrums the same thing of never hitting lock at all during primetime for stretches, and I assume EP had significant queues at that time as they were dominating for long stretches.

We are not blaming e the game on ps4 because we don't play it, we are blaming the game on pc because we play it. But I agree that people are frustrated but not only because the lag but now because zos just banned out sets that we spent time and gold farming and improving

You stalemated on stamcro vs stamdks, which probably have no proc gear. [snip] Or you naturally were stalemating, because you lacked the damage of stat sets and therefore all you can do was stalemating with the strong defense of a stamcro. With some stat sets, that fight probably would have ended pretty quickly, since time to kill is pretty low right now.
