no option to change install location

new Win install and new drive so moved stuff around and ended up losing old user folder /argh
started up launcher which gives install button but no option to change location, still have full game in other drive/folder

so options?

UPDATE: partial fix

if click install it went to sub folder where launcher folder is.
so paused install then copy paste game to there then resume then cancel the install. yeah it changed to update !!

now to check .ini & regedit to see if can change where game points to
