I read a post earlier where someone was (mostly rightly) critical of the game and its support, and the post was closed by a mod with, "We understand that players may be frustrated with issues, but the Customer Support forum is meant to provide a place for assistance to those who are experiencing an issue with ESO or our services."

Fair enough I thought, keep the noise level down in here. So I went to the General Discuss English forum and it's empty bar some high level categories and I could not create a discussion.

So where exactly are people supposed to have such discussions?

I realise the website is rather childlike and I am sure it's on the list of things to update once the game works, but I don't really understand how mods can close threads due to inappropriate discussion, if they don't actually provide a location for such discussion.

Are Zenimax running out of China and desire to impede any negative or critical discussion? They certainly don't provide an area for it that works.
