Ticket boxes greyed out.
I am trying to open a ticket for a character issue and the boxes are all greyed out. I can only pick the race on the form. I have tried several browsers, another computer and turned off all ad blocking. I need to put in a ticket ASAP

✭✭✭✭✭Remember that the Support Team is working from home with a backlog, @SparHawk66 ... so the resolution time is measured in days and not hours.
When you get the initial canned response from Support, make sure to follow up.

2Cities, I never got a canned response or email. checked all of my inboxes. I am worried the longer it goes the less chance I will get character back. Is there a time limit? Ticket still says waiting on an agent.
