This is from the creators of God the War - a PS4 game that has consistently ranked as the best game ever. Some good rules here for the ESO team to consider.

I suggest you highlight some specific areas where you feel ESO should follow GoW's example.

Otherwise this reads like a generic "ZOS, if ESO would just copy this other game and other Dev team, that would be great, really" type post that ZOS ignores. The Dev team isnt blind to what other games are doing, but copying what other games do without specific application to ESO or the Dev team methods isn't likely to happen. Especially when one game is a single player action-adventure and the other is an MMORPG.

If you want certain improvements, highlight those.

this. it's lazy to just post a link/drop a game title and say "make ESO like this" like... if that's what you want, go play the game. If you want a specific aspect or idea translated into the ESO context, then explain that, that is 100x easier to understand and is way more interesting to talk about.

So basically a short slide presentation that says make a game a lot of people will like to play.
and then the parrot said, "must be the water mines green too."

There is a reason why different games play differently.

If you think about it for a while, you will figure out why.
Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

PakKat "Everything was going well, until I died"
Gary Gravestink "I am glad you died, I needed the help"

Being deaf and having a combination of rheumatoid arthritis, lupus and essential tremors and crones, ESO is pretty accessible. As well with access to addons, the accessibility can be more personalized, versus a generic overall like GoW4 provides.

This, for some reason doing an veteran trial in ESO is kind of different from from doing an manned mission to Pluto in Kerbal space program.
Only similarity is that both games has useless tutorials :)
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.
