A good customer service is open 7 days a week, with the exception of major holidays in their home country. Ya know, they can implement something call "shifts". It's a foreign concept for sure, but it's a thing. With this being a global game that operates 24 hours, there is no excuse as "it's the weekend".

🤣 Good customer does not give auto bot responds to tickets hoping they auto close themselves.

I also agree..Can't WAIT for the next lie err I mean carrot they dangle in our face...
Sigh, being a newer player to the game, this really makes me wonder in what other areas they don't follow through with or how things are handled.
I can say I'm another one to the list of people who watched the stream, had twitch account linked, waited, sent in a support ticket and still have no idea of what is going on. I currently have the ESO+ and was thinking about making purchases for cosmetic stuff if things were good, as I like to support when a company deserves it, but with something as simple as this I def am not sure I would want to do that.
My real issue isn't so much not getting the promised items as the idea that there has simply been no update letting people know what is going on. Giving generic responses does NOT count as support imo. Not sure how things normally work but if this is a pattern then I'm surprised people have stuck around. It isn't hard for support to simply say something like "Hey we are looking into the issue and will give an update in a couple days" and then actually keep us updated. Yes people won't be 100% happy with that but it def is better then keeping everyone in limbo and upsetting the people who keep the game financed.

this isn't (wasn't) a hoax, most people did get it. just something went wrong on their end and no update.
me and my wife are new to this game and she did get it while i didn't.
irony: she was afk sleeping and i wasn't, EU times....
btw no news till now means to me they are done and i guess want to prevent a little sh*tstorm(sry) by saying we're done.
lets see till 19th...
Greetings!
If you watched the #BE3 showcase and ESO presentation, you could have earned the Clouded Senche-Leopard mount and five Ouroboros Crown Crates simply for tuning in!
Here's how it worked:
PC/Mac players earned rewards by simply watching the #BE3 stream here on Sunday, June 9, at 8:30PM EDT while logged in to your linked Twitch account.
Reward delivery for PC/Mac participants started the morning ofJune 10 and continue for several hours after that.
The Twitch Drop rewards from the #BE3 stream are being distributed in waves, and may take several days to fulfill. If you qualified for rewards, but have not received them yet, hang tight, as they should be coming soon.
Please keep in mind, the five Ouroboros Crates are being added separately than the Clouded Senche mount, so you may receive one slightly before the other.
Console players earned rewards during the event by logging into the game on Sunday, June 9, between 3:00PM EDT and 11:00PM EDT killing a single monster.
If you participated on console, you will receive your rewards by June 19.
If you would like to read more about ESO at #BE3, check out our recent article here.
Thank you for your continued interest and support!
Kind Regards,

I watched the steam for B3 on Twitch with my account @Tasear that is linked and has prior examples of drops working successful. I have yet to receive as described 5 twitch crates and leopard mount for my account. The latest for pc they were supposed to arrive was 12th and I have seen waited and would like to hear news or resolve this issue.
🤦 Didn't I just tell them...I had everything linked. 😯 Bots...
