It would be nice before the weekend, if you could let your paying customers know what's happening or what's planned.

Fixing the issues etc that people are having.

Don't think it's too much to ask, but hey that's me :)

    ONWARD!!! IN THE GREATER DEFENCE OF OUR LORD ZOS!

    Well the forums have been somewhat quiet but there is a stickied thread in this section outlining the bugs they know and are working on as well as reading the Dev Tracker you can see some posts saying they have identified issues and will be fixing them in the next patch.
    When that patch will be deployed they haven't said yet, but hold strong and most of these bugs will be ironed out, then we can find new ones for them! :#

    I don't think there are many Fanboys left. How could there be? This game has been a failure in so many ways, and on top of it all the devs and support team are the worst anyone's seen.

    If they say anything it will only because they feel like they have to, not because they want to communicate, otherwise they would have.

    You think they care? Submit a CS ticket, and you'll see that they don't.

    I'm a fanboi!
    I have submitted three tickets so far and been very happy with how they were handled, while the issue with my bank slots hasn't been fixed yet I can't say the CS was bad, they informed me they would look into the issue, when I replied and asked for an ETA they said they were under heavy load with this issue and couldn't give me one right now.

    I wouldn't say the CS is bad, more that people are unhappy the issues are not being fixed fast enough. For other issues though about duplicate items and even a back and forth over ten emails to enable me to purchase the game after my retailer screwed up they've been very helpful and professional.

    Oh yay, another weekend--.... that I can't play. Wish I could be one of the cool kids and get into the game that I paid for.
    04/10/14 - Bought digital Imp Edition directly on 3/5/14. Hadn't been able to play since launch.
    Finally got a callback email after 62+ hrs. Asked for a refund. Got a 1-day code instead. -_- Heh.
    Pending decision: one more chance or go stuff yourselves.

    Actually, there are still a ton of fanboys left, as you call them. But the fact is, they are currently playing this game, not posting. Only a small % of the giant picture are having any of the problems most of the forum is. I myself only check out the forums on slow times at work. Otherwise I have only found 1 quest I haven't been able to finish due to a bug.

    I hope you all get your issues straightened out, just know you guys are the minority not majority. So as long as people can play, they will fix your issues in a priority order of highest to lowest.

    Speak for yourself. They've responded to me and my tickets (total of 2) immediately. and the game runs PERFECTLY for me besides 1 or 2 bugged quests, which i completed later, and did just fine.

    my two tickets were about the amazon delivery being late, and of the cyrodiil lagging out issue.

    2-3 hrs later got a call from customer support bout my game, fixed. (amazon issue)

    cyrodiil issue said they're working on it for the time being. works for me. I can be patient.

    They havnt been completely ignorant to everyone, as they have taken great care of me. Ofcourse i havnt had many issues if at all with the game. Call me a "fanboy", or whatever your little heart desires, but fact remains, this game runs just fine for allot of people.

    I've gotten responses to my Gold Spammer reports fairly quickly. There isn't much that can be DONE in those kinds of reports, other than a confirmation that they know about that account now. And when I was prompted for a Passcode IP check, I got an email within two minutes.

    Way to be passive-aggressive. I was clearly responding to another poster talking about "fanboys" which it seems to me you are since you not only disregard major problems but you attack me personally over them. Little heart hits a soft spot for me because I have a heart condition.

    For your information the MAIN QUEST bug effects EVERYONE that reaches that point.

    To clarify, I don't have performance issues. I am unable to access any VR content, which locks me out of 2/3 of the content. That is not a minority, it effects 100% of the players that reach that point.

    And for the record? My first ticket stated that I was unable to progress and their response was to do with missing bank items - an issue that never effected me.

    If you can't handle a normal adult like conversation, and people putting their opinions in, then why are you here? If you take my response as an act of passive aggressive type behavior, and me "attacking" you, then you need to re-check the way you take things in perspective, especially online, because i was simply just stating my opinion is all. Sorry you got so offended by it. I wasn't offended by you and it still doesn't bother me.

    I'm not here to argue over whether I'm a fan of ESO or not, because clearly, i am. Little heart hits a soft spot for you because you have a heart condition?     Again, sorry you got so offended by my opinion, but really, that's your problem, not mine. And I'm not up to the Veteran point btw, as i don't level to 50 in the matter of 2 days, although some people do. By the time i get there, it wont be an issue, as im sure ESO is working to fix it. So we'll have to wait and see if they update us as needed, but i figured they would update us come Monday during maintenance.

    Even odds this game will be F2P with in 2 months its a shame all the bugs that ppl had pointed out in beta were ignored all the bugs ppl have pointed out since early access have only just been getting sorted all the bugs that ppl haven't yet discovered in vet mode will stay undiscovered apart from a hardcore few that have little or no hope because they can't sort out the phasing bugs of using a mega server.

    My $0.02; I'm really happy with the game for the most part. Like many people, I've run into the common quest bugs that hindered progress along certain quest lines for a while. I'm in the midst of one right now, but CS was quick with a response and we'll see how it works out. If it takes a while before it gets fixed then I'll just go back later and do it then. There are so many other quests to do that it's not even funny.

    Even with the rough patches and lack of versatile functionality in some aspects of the game, overall it's been a very enjoyable experience for me. Hopefully the downtime on Sunday isn't too bad. Then again, that'll give me reason to get away from the computer and clean the house. Anyone else currently living in a "Gamer Sty"?
