Why does my Combat Metrics window look like this on my new character?

I just started a new character and the Combat Metrics window looks like this:
On my other two characters the Combat Metric Window looks like this (please ignore the overlapping Craftstore icon):
I have tried turning account wide settings on and changing option for the settings of both the AUI and Combat Metrics addons but even though they seem to be the completely same for all three characters on my new character it still looks completely different.
I can't figure out why and I hate it not just because of how it looks but the reduced functionality also.
Can anyone please help me out?

lol) binding it to AUI Combat Meter> Show Combat Statistics 
At least now I'll know to pay more attention when binding keys lol1
